Reliance Industries (RIL) disclosed in a stock exchange filing that Jio Platforms Ltd will announce its September quarter (Q2 FY27) results on Friday, October 30, 2026. The announcement follows Jio Platforms’ stock market debut on the BSE and NSE on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The company’s board of directors is scheduled to convene on October 30 to consider and approve the quarter’s standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results, as well as the half‑year results for the period ending September 30, 2026. An analyst meet will also be held after the board meeting to discuss financial performance.
The filing also noted that RIL will announce its own Q2 FY27 financial results on the same day, making Friday a significant day for investors tracking the group’s earnings. Jio Financial Services Ltd, another Reliance Group company, has already released its September quarter results. In a separate exchange filing, Jio Platforms stated that the trading‑window closure period under its code governing trading by directors, promoters, designated persons and specified connected persons will end on November 1, 2026, or 48 hours after the financial results become generally available to the public.
On October 26, 2026, Jio Platforms completed allotment of equity shares to successful applicants in various categories, and on October 27, 2026, it received final listing and trading approval from the stock exchanges. Trading in Jio Platforms’ equity shares commenced on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The issue became the first among India’s mega IPOs to achieve full subscription within just 100 minutes of opening and the first global offering to cross the one‑crore application mark, setting a new benchmark for mega public offerings.
Telecom regulator TRAI data released on Tuesday showed that Reliance Jio added 27.13 lakh mobile subscribers in September 2026, surpassing Bharti Airtel’s 26.92 lakh wireless additions.
