Tata Elxsi, ICICI Pru Life, Hero Motors and Others to Announce Q2 FY27 Results

On Tuesday, 13 October 2026, a group of companies will release their Q2 FY27 financial results for the July‑September quarter. The list includes life insurer ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, technology services firm Tata Elxsi, transformer and rectifier manufacturer Transformers and Rectifiers India, auto‑components maker Hero Motors, retail chain SS Retail, and stock‑market broker Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers. Digital cable TV provider Den Networks, NBFC PNB Gilts, architectural glass maker Sejal Glass, broadband operator GTPL Hathway, State Trading Corporation of India, engineering firm TRF, travel management company International Travel House, and agricultural firm Mukta Agriculture are also scheduled to announce their results.

HCLTech, an information technology and consulting company headquartered in Noida, disclosed a 21.18% rise in consolidated profit after tax to ₹5,132 crore for Q2 FY27. The increase was supported by higher margins from its fast‑growing advanced artificial intelligence operations and a lower tax outgo. The company posted a net profit of ₹4,235 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, and the post‑tax profit advanced sequentially by 10.94% percent.

Revenue from operations for HCLTech rose 11.5% to ₹35,620 crore from ₹31,942 crore in Q2 FY26, with a sequential increase of 3.01%. The company’s revenue growth forecast for fiscal 2027 is now 2.5%‑4% in constant currency, up from the earlier 1%‑4% range. C Vijayakumar, CEO and MD, said strong bookings, momentum in AI‑led services, and a healthy deal pipeline supported the guidance. The company also highlighted that new bookings of USD 3.3 billion, up 27% YoY, brought first‑half bookings to a record high.

In addition to the major names, several other firms are slated to present their Q2 FY27 figures. Den Networks, a digital cable TV service provider, will report its performance, as will NBFC PNB Gilts. Sejal Glass, an architectural and decorative glass maker, and GTPL Hathway, a broadband service provider, are also on the release schedule. State Trading Corporation of India, engineering and manufacturing firm TRF, travel management player International Travel House, and agricultural firm Mukta Agriculture will disclose their results on the same day.

Other firms scheduled to announce Q2 FY27 outcomes include Eimco Elecon (India), Blue Pearl Agriventures, IGC Foils, Dharti Proteins, Swaraj Engines, and Mapro Industries. The comprehensive release day will provide investors with a broad view of performance across sectors such as insurance, technology, manufacturing, retail, and agriculture, reflecting the diverse economic landscape of the country. The day’s disclosures will also include results from SS Retail and Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers, adding depth to the retail and brokerage segments.
