The company’s exchange filing stated that Puravankara Limited has signed a Joint Development Agreement for a 12.76‑acre land parcel in Sathanur, North Bengaluru, with an estimated Gross Development Value of ₹2,500 crore. The proposed development will cover approximately 1.90 million square feet of saleable area, strengthening the firm’s residential pipeline in Bengaluru and reinforcing its focus on high‑potential micro‑markets and strategic land additions.
In FY27, the company secured eight projects, totalling 12.6 million square feet of development potential and a potential gross development value of ₹16,600 crore. Bengaluru additions include Sathanur, Mandur, Doddagubbi, Sanna Ammanikere, Sarjapur and South‑East Bengaluru, representing about 7.02 million square feet and an estimated GDV of ₹8,800 crore. Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director, commented that the focus remains on strengthening the development pipeline through strategic land additions that offer scale, strong market potential and visibility for future growth. He added that the Sathanur JDA, with an estimated GDV of ₹2,500 crore, is another step in this direction and that the company continues to evaluate opportunities across key markets with a disciplined approach to capital allocation, ensuring each investment contributes to a stronger and more sustainable portfolio.
Puravankara’s share price has delivered poor returns in 2026 on a year‑to‑date basis, falling 11.9 %. On a trailing‑twelve‑month basis, the shares have dropped over 15 %, continuing a long‑term decline. The recent 2 % rise on the JDA announcement reflects the market reaction to the new project, while the overall performance trend remains negative, indicating the company’s broader market challenges.
