Raymond Realty Shares Rise 6% After Doubling Q2 Pre‑Sales, FY27 Guidance Holds

Raymond Realty’s shares rose 6.4% to an intraday high of ₹689.9 on Monday, October 5, after the company announced that it had doubled pre‑sales in Q2 FY27. The real‑estate firm reiterated its FY27 outlook, targeting approximately 20% growth in pre‑sales, a return on capital employed (ROCE) of about 20%, an EBITDA margin of 17–19%, and a profit‑after‑tax (PAT) margin of 9–10%.

In Q2 FY27, pre‑sales reached ₹902 crore, a 98% year‑on‑year increase from ₹455 crore in Q2 FY26, achieved without launching any new projects. The firm also maximised cash‑pipeline efficiency, with quarterly collections rising 67% YoY to ₹682 crore, reflecting strong customer demand and effective execution across its portfolio.

During the quarter, Raymond Realty obtained an occupancy certificate for ‘Address by GS Season 1 Tower B’ in Thane, covering 270 units, well ahead of the RERA completion date of Mar‑28. The company is accelerating growth over the next two quarters with a robust pipeline of MMR launches, representing a cumulative gross development value (GDV) of over ₹4,100 crore. "Looking ahead, our focus centres on scaling our operational footprint through a strong pipeline of scheduled launches in MMR," said Managing Director & CEO Harmohan Sahni.

The firm’s gross borrowings increased by ₹125 crore, bringing the total to ₹1,220 crore as of September 30, 2026, primarily to fund construction for FY26 project launches. Backed by liquidity of ₹306 crore, net debt stood at ₹914 crore, keeping the net debt‑to‑equity ratio well below the board‑approved ceiling of 1.0x. This capital deployment aligns with a robust collection pipeline and is positioned to unlock key revenue milestones over the next 12 to 18 months.

At 12:49 PM, shares traded at ₹669.35, up 3.22%. From the beginning of the year, the stock has risen 28%; over a month it has climbed 21%, and over six months it has surged 58.5%. The 52‑week high of ₹741.95 was reached on September 25, 2026, while the 52‑week low of ₹349 occurred on March 16, 2026. As of October 5, 2026, the company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹4,451.79 crore.
